Residential door sets; single or double leaf, open in or out, with side lights if required; fabricated from 70mm Shield PVC-U profile available in White, Mahogany or Golden Oak with Mahogany on White also available. Supplied with 28mm sealed units manufactured from toughened glass to BS 6206:1981 or with chosen door panel.

All profiles, including internal beading, are fully bevelled. Unless mechanically coupled, open out doors with a single light must be externally beaded. Joints : white - hot blade welded and grooved. Woodgrain - knifed.

Reinforcement : White Profiles - complete sash with jamb only to outer frame.

Woodgrain - fully reinforced.

Profile Sizes : 70mm outer frame and 104mm wide sash standard.

Midrails : 115mm as standard. 850mm from centre of midrail to underside of outer frame.

Hardware : White handles on white or white internally with woodgrain externally, gold handles on woodgrain. Lever/lever handles operate a two hook bolt locking system including dead bolt. 3 flag hinges to all doors. Black gaskets as standard throughout. If supplied, sealed units have silver spacer as standard in white frames, bronze spacer to woodgrain.
